At Nave Book, we aim to ship your textbooks quickly and without extra cost. All U.S. orders qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST are processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
- Carrier: Orders are shipped using USPS or a similar standard shipping service.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after the order is processed.
- Shipping Cost: Free on all U.S. orders. No additional fees.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods such as holidays.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email from Nave Book with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided link.
4. Shipping Area
We ship within the United States, including APO and FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows the package as delivered but you have not received it:
- Contact us within 7 business days for assistance.
- While carrier delays or losses are outside our control, we will assist where possible.
6. Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package must be resent due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.
