1. Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Eligible Returns
Most physical items, including paperbacks and study supplies, may be returned if they are:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In original packaging
Items showing signs of use, markings, or wear may not qualify for a refund.
Ebooks: Because ebooks are delivered digitally, they cannot be returned. If there is a file issue, delivery error, or incorrect edition, please contact us for assistance.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error, we will cover return shipping.
- If the return is due to customer preference or a non-product issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

5. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after returned items are received and inspected.
