This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for purchases made from Nave Book.

1. Return Eligibility Period
Eligible physical items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
2. Items Eligible for Return
Most physical items are eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused
- The item is undamaged
- The item has no writing, markings, or alterations
- The item is returned in its original condition
- The item is returned in its original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification
- Items not returned in original condition or packaging
4. How to Start a Return
All returns are handled by mail only.
Before sending any item back, customers must contact our support team to request return authorization and receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused and may not be eligible for a refund.
When requesting a return, please provide:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or item arrived damaged), we will cover the return shipping.
- If the return is due to personal reasons or buyer’s preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
6. Refund Method and Timing
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 3 business days after approval
- Actual posting time may vary depending on the payment provider
Refunds are issued for the item price only.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
After review, we will provide either:
- A replacement, or
- A refund
at no additional cost to the customer.
8. Condition Review
All returned items are inspected upon receipt.
If an item does not meet the return conditions listed in this policy, the refund may be denied.
