1. Return Time Frame

Return requests for eligible physical items must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only.

Customers must contact our support team before sending any item back to request authorization and receive return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

3. Eligible Returns

Most physical items may be returned for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused
  • The item is undamaged
  • The item is returned in its original condition
  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Items showing signs of use, writing, markings, damage, or alteration are not eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final-sale items, if clearly identified at the time of purchase
  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items not returned in original condition

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, Nave Book will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is for personal reasons or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • No restocking fees are charged unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Refund Processing Time

Once a return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider

Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

After review, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
