1. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
- Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Method and Delivery Time
- Carrier: We ship via USPS or comparable standard delivery services.
- Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days after your order has been processed.
- Shipping Cost: Always free — no hidden fees.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or holiday schedules.
3. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using the provided link.
4. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping is not available at this time.
5. Delivery Issues
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Please contact us within 7 business days so we can assist.
- While we are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by carriers, we’ll do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.
6. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an address error.
