You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
No questions asked.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in resalable condition
  • Include the original packaging

Note: Digital textbooks are non-returnable once downloaded or accessed.

3. Return Process

We’ll provide return instructions and authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the shipping cost.
  • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong book, no longer needed), you’ll be responsible for return shipping.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 3 business days to your original payment method.
